Notbox is proven to be a low cost, environmentally-friendly alternative to the traditional ‘use once’ cardboard box. Whilst the initial cost may be higher when comparing on a like for like basis - when the lifecycle and rotability of the box is considered, the concept wins hands down every time.

Consider this. A cardboard shipping box purchased in China to ship your products in will cost anywhere between $1.50 and $2.50 per box, and because the cost of this is included in the purchase price of the product, it is totally out of your control.

So, a container of wearing apparel from China could have as much as $1,000 worth of packaging cost included in the Free on Board price. This is added to your product cost by the supplier and so increases the overall landed cost and can even impact on duty payments.

With Notbox, you can advise the supplier that you will provide your own shipping boxes and ask them to load your product into Notboxes instead – and these will be delivered to the factory by our Asset Management partner well in time for production.

Notboxes can be purchased, or can be leased on a per trip basis, so are not even considered to be a capital expense. So, not only are you earning your ‘green’ stripes, you’re also saving money!
